Our 100% Merlot is the only wine we create.  The grapes for this wine are grown in the Oak Knoll District of Napa Valley.  The warm days and early cool nights create the optimum ripening conditions and allow the grapes to hang on the vine deep into the ripening season.  This hang time allows us to deliver a flavor profile that is unique to our Merlot.  The notes invites you with deep red fruits and dark berries.  On the palate the ripeness of our grapes produce fleshy red fruits paired with blue and black berries.  This wine was aged for 26 months in 20% new French Oak.  That oak profile delivers the sweet and fine grained tannins that help the finish linger for quite some time.
